These are the papers of the Episcopal Vicar for Religious and deal for the most part with correspondence between the various convents and the bishops and archbishops and their delegates. Also included are the records of the Convent of the Carmelite Sisters, Yardley, Birmingham (closed in 1989) and of the Monastery of the Poor Clares Colettines, Baddesley Clinton (closed in 2011).
